Chicken Biryani (With Biryani mix)

Even though this did not taste as good as doing it from the scratch. It still satisfied the need to have chicken Biryani. :)

How to cook Chicken Biryani...
This is what you need:

400 gms chicken
1 cup Basmati rice
1/4 cup curd
1 1/2 cups water
1 packet parampara chicken masala.

This is what you do:

Half cook the rice for 8 minutes and drain the water. You can even skip this step and directly add the raw rice to the gravy when you simmer it.

Heat a pan, add the chicken, curd, masala and water.

Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Take a flat bottomed pan.
Spread a layer of the chicken gravy and top it with a layer of rice.

Continue this process till the rice and the gravy is over.

Simmer it for 10 minutes.
Fluff it with a fork and mix it lightly.

Chicken biryani is ready to be served.
