Chicken Masala with Fried chicken...

I had some fried chicken left in my ice box. Thought why not I make it a masala for Dosa. 



How to cook this Chicken Masala...


You will need:


Fried chicken - 5-6 pieces
Onions - 2 chopped finely
Chilly powder - 2 tbsps
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Salt
Oil


This is what you do:


Mince the chicken nicely to small pieces.
Heat some oil in the kadai.
Add the onions and saute them till translucent.
Now add the chicken and mix it well with the onions.
Add all the masala and spice powders.
Saute it well till the raw smell disappears.
Add some salt and water to get a gravy like consistency.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes to get a thick gravy.
Chicken masala is ready to be served with Dosa....
