Egg Dosa



For all those egg and dosa lovers, Egg dosa is real simple to make and is just simply good to have it just like that. I learnt about this dosa only after I got married, and we make it more often these days when we make dosas.
How to cook Egg Dosa...
This is what you need:
Dosa batter
1 Egg per dosa
Pepper and cumin powder
Salt.
Oil as required

This is what you do:
Pour the dosa batter on the tava as you normally do. Sprinkle oil for frying. Now break the egg over the dosa and slightly spread it around the dosa. Sprinkle pepper and cumin powder and salt. Once one side turns a little brown. Flip it over and add a little oil. Do not let it remain in heat for a long time, since over cooked egg tends to become rubbery.
