Eggless Chocolate Brownie

Who would not like Chocolate. I just love them, and can live with the. This Eggless brownie cake was made by my friend Shilpa. And I just borrowed it from here and I am yet to try them. But the pictures were tempting me to post them here. So here it goes.

How to make Eggless Chocolate Brownie
Get some:

90 gms Chocolate Bar (She used Diary Milk)
1 cup maida/flour
1/2 cup milk
A pinch of baking soda
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 drops vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Vanilla Ice cream

And this is how you make it:

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. (You need two vessels, Add water to heat in a vessel and place a smaller vessel inside the boiling water and melt the chocolate in the smaller vessel)

Once the chocolate melts, add the butter and fold it with the chocolate.

In a bowl, Mix maida, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Now add milk and vanilla essense.

Add this mixture little by little to the melted chocolate and fold it.

Take the moulds, and grease it slightly with butter. Make sure you dont use too much butter, then the flavor would remain when the brownie is baked.

Pour the mixture and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Then cool it to room temperature.

Once it is cold it is ready to be served. Either just like that or with vanilla ice cream.
