Prawn fry

Prawns are usually shallow fried so they dont turn hard. 

This is what you need:

10-12 Prawns
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

This is what you do:

Marinate the prawns in the above mixture and set it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat a tava and shallow fry the prawns.
