Simple Lady’s finger curry



This is a very simple curry to make within 15 minutes. And is a great combination for rice or roti.
How to cook Lady’s finger curry...
This is what you need:
1/4kg lady’s finger
Oil as required
Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Chilli powder
Salt as required
This is what you do:
Cut the lady’s finger to medium size.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, once it splutters add Urad dal.


Then add the lady’s finger
Saute it till the stickiness in the lady’s finger goes.
Add 2 table spoons of chilli powder and required salt.
Saute for a few more minutes till the raw smell goes and the lady’s finger curls in the heat.
It is now ready to be served.
