Yet another dish with paneer
Paneer -1 slab [or] 150 gms
Garam masala powder-3tsp
Chilli powder -4tsp
Cut the paneer into small cubes and take a bowl and add the curds into it followed by all the above and shake it well and keep the paneer marinated in it for an hour.
1 big onion
1 big tomato
1 small piece ginger
Grind all the above in to a fine paste and keep aside, meanwhile take out the paneer from the curd mixture and deep fry them. Make sure you use a lil bit more oil, as the paneer in curd when fried will tend to stick to the pan.
Now take a kadai and add some oil and after it becomes hot add the paste [list -2] into it and fry it nicely until the oil appears on the sides of the kadai. Once oil appears in the side,it is a very good indication that the gravy has cooked completely and is not raw.
Add the curd mixture into it while continuously stirring and fry it for some time until both the mixture gets blended well.Once done add the fried paneer and bring to a boil and serve hot with roti’s or parathas.
This dish is very easy to make and doesn’t involve much pre cooking preparations, except for the paneer to marinate, it also doesnt take much time to prepare.
