Veg Suji Nuggets

How to cook Veg Suji Nuggets...
You will need:
1 cup – Semolina (rava)
1/2 cup – Finely chopped vegetables (Beans, Carrots, peas and potatoes)
1 Big Onion finely chopped
1 Green chilly finely chopped
An inch of Ginger finely chopped
4 pods of garlic finely chopped
1 tsp – Tandoor masala
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp – sour curd
1 tsp – red chilli powder
1/4 cup – Maida
Bread crumbs as required
Coriander for garnishing
Salt to taste
Oil as required
You do:
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and saute’ the onions, ginger, garlic and green chilly. Then add the vegetables, red chilli powder, salt and saute’ till the vegetables get cooked. Then add the semolina and cook till it turns lightly brown in color.
Take another pan and heat lil water, then add water, sour curd, lemon juice, tandoor masala and coriander to the vegetable mixture. Keep in heat till it thickens. Then bring it down and let it cool. Now shape the nuggets. Make a little paste of maida and water, dip the nuggets in this maida paste and roll it over in breadcrumbs. Deep fry them in oil till they get brown on all sides, and serve hot with sauce.
